A loop walk with an exciting scramble to the top of granite boulders, a high point in northern NSW
Logging trails and off track climb to the top of Crooked Top Mountain, the distinctive Nambucca Valley peak
A good training loop on fire trails with a nice hill climb
Up Mount Gladstone to the trig, and then back down on an old logging track with some creek walking
Traverse the high ridge lines on Horseshoe Road, then return by the peaceful Bellinger Valley on Darkwood Rd.
Horseshoe Road is a stunning 4WD or bike route between Bellingen and Bowraville, reaching a high point at Killiekrankie Mountain.
A short walk leads to the 1013m summit of Killiekrankie and a spectacular lookout west over the New England wilderness and east to the sea.
