The Gumbaynggirr have been residing in this area for thousands of years. The Gumgali walk and Muttonbird Island walk highlight their stories. More recent settler heritage walks include stories of logging, railways, and mining.

Walk south from Red Rock with the sun on your backs at low tide, past the ancient fish traps at Arrawarra to Woolgoolga.
