The Coffs Coast extends from Red Rock in the north to Sawtell in the South, and out west to the Orara Valley.  Coffs Coast is Gumbaynggirr country.  The hills of the Great Dividing Range reach down to the sea and beyond as the Solitary Islands.  Coffs Coast is good walking country with trails on the beaches and in the surrounding national parks and state forests.
